High end packaging printer, Ever Reddy Packaging was in need of a refresh. After a successful transaction, the company was purchased by new management who brought a revised corporate focus and growth strategy. As such, a new brand, brand strategy and website were required as part of the new face.

Task/Our Approach


We initiated the project by focusing on the brand strategy. Through interviews with key team members from sales, pre-press and production floor managers, we were able to learn about the heart of ERP, the people that make their client’s packaging needs come to life on a daily basis. To get a focus of the future of the company, multiple interviews were conducted with the new management team to ascertain their vision and strategy. From these learning’s, our strategic team was able to draft a brand strategy that helped drive the overall corporate vision. Armed with a strong strategic plan, the creative team jumped into action, learning about the history of the company to compliment the future vision. With this research, we were able to draw on the past for creative inspiration, designing a logo that pays homage to the company’s lineage, with a modern touch. Working within the vintage style, we conducted a photo shoot of the production plant, paying attention to the specific elements within that comprise the bigger picture – high end printing. After the logo and imagery was selected we were able to design and build a website that worked with the brand, while utilizing effective Search Engine Optimizations, and putting an extra focus on lead generation through data capture and user push to contact forms and template downloads. As a final compliment to the customer facing website and brand, we created a series of sell sheets, brochure’s and a pocket folder to hold it all for the sales team when they go out hunting new business. The overall approach was to arm the sales team with effective tools in their arsenal to approach prospects and simply wow them with Ever Reddy’s consistent approach to quality. Results: The rebrand successfully launched within Ever Reddy’s timeline, and their sales teams have been effectively using it on new business calls, presentations and industry showcasing to date. Our client was so impressed with our quality and professionalism, they have been successfully referring their client’s to us for their design and strategy needs.
